How Clutter - and stuff - affects your brain.

I have many take-aways from this article - not least of which is to reinforce the fact that I like to own very few things - and want me life to be like that.

But, another thing I'll note is that "stuff" is stressful!!   Owning it, maintaining it, keeping it is stress creating - and yet we sign up for it!  Not smart of us!

How Clutter Affects Your Brain (and What You Can Do About It)And, I'll note that since giving things up or away is emotionally grief inducing - it's best to give away many things at once - instead of slowing moving through stuff.
